Holly Cramner RCST, LMT
As a Health practitioner, in partnership with a client, I work with the whole system to build Health. My approach is about individualized facilitation and skilled support, recognizing and honoring the ability and inherent wisdom of the whole system to become more balanced and to allow restrictions to release in integral ways. While working with clients to construct resources I engage and support them through their healing processes. It is exciting and gratifying work…with the opportunity and freedom to help clients to be empowered in Health, making the changes that THEY allow.
I am an RCST® Craniosacral Therapist and licensed massage therapist, with certification and training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with advanced trainings in Embryology and Cranial Nerves. I have personally worked with EFT and practice energy and relaxation facilitation, Creative Learning expansion, breathing and meditations, and trauma resolution. I am passionate about working with people who are open to making changes in their Health and their lives.
I have over 15 years of natural health and bodywork experience. I do consulting, research, and assist in teaching the foundation studies of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. My ongoing leading edge study in the latest research, theories and application of new ideas authored and implemented by leaders like doctor Norman Doidge, MD (The Brain’s Way of Healing) psychotherapist Peter Levine Ph.D (Waking The Tiger), Stephen Porges Ph.D (the Polyvagal Theory), and Janet Pemberton RCST, keeps me excited and up to date. I appreciate and am open to learning new techniques presented from different schools of craniosacral training as well.
As a native to Michigan, I have enjoyed life and worked in the Monroe/Down River and Ann Arbor area since 2004. I am a wife and a mom to the three beautiful daughters that my husband Gary and I share.
